Davina Drummond
Davina Drummond graduated from Goldsmiths College, London. She works at the intersections between art, education and curation and creates site or date specific relational art works, often incorporating the use of text and textiles. Davina’s practice explores modes of making artworks, which involve the process of social interactions and creative collaborations with others in gallery, non-gallery spaces and educational settings. Her shows/events include Flex Your Textiles at John Connelly Presents New York, Living In A Material World Art Textiles 3 British Arts Council London and Eight Weeks of Change at Space Station Sixty-Five, London.
Davina currently works as the Education Programmer part time at the Chisenhale Gallery and teaches part time in the Visual Arts and Design department at the Brit School of Performancing Arts and Technology. She also continues to work freelance as an artist, artist educator and curator.
